Corporate training strategy development is HKD 11,200 for a ten-week engagement. Turnaround advisory is HKD 20,200, covering diagnostic and initial implementation phases. These fees include all diagnostic work, analysis, recommendations, and hands-on support during the engagement period. We provide detailed proposals outlining exactly what is included. Additional phases or extensions can be arranged if circumstances warrant deeper work.
