Fortivex was founded in 2018 by consultants who had grown concerned with the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical implementation in organizational consulting. We observed too many engagements that produced impressive-looking reports but failed to create lasting change because they overlooked the human and contextual factors that determine whether improvements can actually be sustained.
Our founding team brought together expertise in lean operations, organizational learning, and turnaround management.
